Payment Information
Once we have received your booking we will send your pro-invoice and confirmation documents via email along with our terms and conditions. We then ask for a £300 (or equivalent in invoiced currency) deposit confirm the trip with the balance to be paid in full no later than two months prior to your arrival in Japan. If we receive your booking less than 2 months prior to the start date of your holiday we ask for payment to be made in full once you have received your invoice.
We accept payment by credit / debit card and personal cheques. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please ask us for details as this is no porblem at all.
