Payment Information
Once we have received your booking we will send to you in the mail a copy of your invoice, our terms and conditions, and your IPP (International Passenger Protection) insurance certificates (see below) which guarantee all payments you make to us against our financial failure. We then ask for a £100 / $150 deposit confirm the trip with the balance to be paid in full no later than two months prior to your arrival in Japan. If we receive your booking less than 2 months prior to the start date of your holiday we ask for payment to be made in full once you have received your invoice.
We accept payment by credit / debit card and personal cheques either in pounds sterling or in US Dollars. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please ask us for details as this is no porblem at all. All credit card payments are billed in pounds sterling (£) and are subject to a 2.025% processing fee as levied by our bank.
IPP - International Passenger Protection
On confirmation of your booking we will send you your IPP insurance certificate. This will indemnify you up to the value of your holiday against loss of deposit or charges paid in advance in the unlikely event of our financial insolvency.
